The housing application for the Fall 1st Term is closed. Do not proceed with the application unless you have received permission from the Director of Student Life & Housing at your specific campus.
We anticipate the housing application to be available for Fall 2nd Term and Spring Term on September 15, 2026. We recommend that you apply to the college in-advance of the housing application opening date. Only admitted students with a CMC ID and CMC email address will be allowed to proceed to the housing application. A $250 deposit and $50 non-refundable application fee is required to confirm a spot.
